Christina Paredes has a diverse work experience that spans over several industries. Christina started their career in 2001 as an Office Manager/Legal Assistant at Klauer, Attorney at Law, where they were responsible for various administrative tasks and managing office operations. In 2005, they joined Prudential Retirement as a Licensed Customer Accounts Representative, assisting Spanish-speaking participants with their retirement accounts. Christina then worked at Sedgwick CMS as a Bilingual Customer Service Representative, helping employees with insurance claim questions and providing translation services. In 2010, they worked as an Employment Specialist at QTI Group, where they interviewed potential candidates and conducted training for non-English speaking employees. Christina later served as a Human Resource & Administrative Manager at Dubuque Regional Humane Society, where they were involved in recruitment, employee evaluation, bookkeeping, and donor database management. Christina also worked as a Bilingual Human Resources professional at Packers Sanitation Services, handling employee training and unemployment claims. In 2012, they joined Spireon, Inc. as a Bilingual Customer Account Manager. Christina then transitioned to a Sales Executive role at Kdst Radio and Real Country 99.3 KDST in 2016. Christina'smost recent position is an Account Supervisor at Hospitality Staffing Solutions, which they began in 2020.
