Don Kimball

Don Kimball has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Don began their career in 1995 as an Area Manager at FBG Service Corporation, where they worked until 1998. After that, they worked as an Installer Technician at Mediacom from 1998 to 2001. From 2002 to 2011, they worked as a Construction Worker at New Horizon Construction. In 2011, they joined JJC Media as a Technical Support professional and worked there until 2013. Since 2013, Don has been working at Spireon, initially as a Senior IT Specialist and currently as a Desktop Administrator. In these roles, they have been involved in endpoint management, software deployment, and managed various SAAS systems. Don has experience with MDM systems such as WorkspaceOne, JAMF, and Windows SCCM. Don also has expertise in purchasing software and hardware assets and maintaining ticketing, asset management, and AV systems.

Don Kimball's education history indicates that they attended Kirkwood Community College from 2010 to 2014, where they obtained an Associate of Applied Science (A.A.S.) degree in Computer Support Specialist with a focus on IT. During their time at Kirkwood Community College, they also earned a LAN Management Certificate in IT from 2010 to 2013, as well as a PC Technician Diploma in IT from 2010 to 2012. Before attending college, Don Kimball completed their high school education and obtained a Diploma from West Delaware High School from 1991 to 1995.

In addition to their academic qualifications, Don Kimball holds several certifications. Don obtained the Exam 697: Configuring Windows Devices certification from Microsoft in August 2017. In the same month, they also became certified as an MCSA: Windows 10 professional by Microsoft. In January 2017, they obtained the MCTS: Administering and Deploying System Center 2012 Configuration Manager certification from Microsoft. Prior to these certifications, Don Kimball completed the "Become a Windows System Administrator (Server 2012 R2)" program offered by Lynda.com in December 2016.
