Pranab Das

Pranab Das has extensive work experience in various engineering and leadership roles. Pranab is currently the VP, Head of India Engineering and Operations, and a Board Member at Spireon. In this position, they established and managed the Spireon India GCC, implemented HR policies and processes, and oversaw operations. Pranab also served as the Vice President - Engineering and Country Head at Datamatics, where they contributed to the growth of the company. Prior to that, they were the Director of Engineering at Aricent, where they played a significant role in building competencies and managing delivery centers for different technology areas. Pranab also has experience working at L&T Infotech, Reliance Communications, Infosys Technologies Ltd, and ITI Ltd., where they held various engineering and leadership positions. Throughout their career, Pranab has demonstrated strong skills in project management, automation, and QA process improvement.

Pranab Das completed their Bachelor of Technology degree in E&ECE from the Indian Institute of Technology, Kharagpur, from 1993 to 1997. Pranab then pursued further education and obtained a General MBA Program degree from the Indian Institute of Management Bangalore, from 2009 to 2010. Additionally, Pranab obtained the ACC (Associate Certified Coach) certification from the International Coach Federation in September 2018 and the PMP (Project Management Professional) certification from the Project Management Institute in May 2009.
