Adam Pogue has a diverse work experience at Spirit AeroSystems and Spirit AeroSystems, Inc. Adam started in 2005 as a Director of Facilities Services at Spirit AeroSystems, Inc. Adam then moved on to become the Operations Director of Propulsions Structures and Systems at Spirit AeroSystems in 2006. From 2009 to 2011, they served as the Executive Director of New Business & Customer Relations, followed by the role of Vice President of Labor Relations & Workforce Strategies from 2011 to 2012 at Spirit AeroSystems, Inc. Their roles expanded at Spirit AeroSystems, where they held positions such as Vice President of Business Development/Sales & Marketing from 2012 to 2013, Vice President/General Manager of Wing Operations from 2013 to 2021, Vice President of Manufacturing Services, EH&S, Security from 2015 to 2021, and Vice President of Manufacturing Services, COO Chief of Staff from 2021 to present. Recently, they also took on the role of Vice President of Defense and Space Operations in 2022.
Adam Pogue attended Harvard Business School in 2005, earning an AMP degree in Business. Prior to that, they attended Friends University from 2000 to 2002, obtaining an Executive MBA in Business. Additionally, they have an unspecified education history at Wichita State University.
