Clay Heidel, MBA, GRP, SPHR has over 25 years of work experience, starting with their role as a Foster Care Social Worker at The Salvation Army Foster Care from 1997 to 2007. Clay then joined Spirit AeroSystems in 2005, where they held various positions including Senior Manager, Business Consulting from 2005 to 2012, Senior Manager, Labor Relations from 2012 to 2013, and Senior Manager Global Compensation from 2013 to 2020. In their most recent role at Spirit AeroSystems, they served as the Director of Total Rewards & HR Services, responsible for managing all aspects of compensation and benefits for over 15,000 employees globally, as well as overseeing global mobility and expense management.
