Don Harris

Don Harris is currently the Executive Director Transfer of Work at Spirit AeroSystems. Previously, Don held various senior management positions in the aerospace industry, including Chief Operating Officer at Cox Machine, Inc., and Director roles at Spirit AeroSystems overseeing global purchasing, Boeing and military programs supply chain management, as well as supply chain operations in Wichita, Tulsa, and for legacy Boeing programs. Don's experience also includes roles at Hawker Beechcraft and Raytheon Aircraft in manufacturing engineering and tooling. Don holds a BSME in Engineering from Bradley University and an MBA in International Business from Southwestern College.
