Ian Coulter

Ian Coulter has extensive work experience in the aerospace industry. Ian started their career in 1980 at BOMBARDIER, where they held the role of Director of Operations for a period of 40 years until 2020. During their tenure, they also served as a Change Leader from 2006 to 2010. In 2020, they joined Spirit AeroSystems as the Director of Operations.

Ian Coulter attended the University of Strathclyde from 2008 to 2012, earning a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree with a focus on Organizational Leadership.
