Jay Hohl

Jay Hohl has extensive work experience in the field of human resources. Jay started their career at Cargill in 1999 as a Human Resource Manager and worked there until 2004. Jay then joined ConAgra Foods as a Human Resource Manager from 2004 to 2006. After that, they worked at PepsiCo as a Corporate Human Resource Manager from 2006 to 2007. Since 2007, Jay has been employed at Spirit AeroSystems, where they have held various positions. These positions include Human Resource Manager from 2007 to 2009, Senior Manager, Human Resources from 2009 to 2011, Director, Human Resources from 2011 to 2020, Senior Director, Human Resources from 2020 to 2021, and currently serves as the Vice President of Human Resources.

Jay Hohl completed a Master of Science degree in I/O Psychology from Kansas State University from 2005 to 2007. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Human Resource Management from the same university from 1996 to 1999.
