John Holland

John Holland has extensive work experience in the aerospace industry. John started their career in 2000 at British Aerospace as the NImrod IPT Leader. John then moved on to BAE Systems in 2003, where they worked as the Head of Quality for the Aerostructures Division. In 2005, John joined Spirit AeroSystems as the Head of Quality, and later took on the role of Procurement Engineering & Quality Manager. In 2009, they were promoted to Operations Director at Spirit AeroSystems.

John Holland earned an Msc in Operations Management from Cranfield University in 1989. In 1996, they enrolled at Strahtclyde University to pursue an MBA in Strategic Management, for which they are currently still studying.
