Kailash Krishnaswamy

Kailash Krishnaswamy is currently the SVP of Aftermarket Services at Spirit AeroSystems. Prior to this, they served as the CEO of Huarui Aerospace from September 2019 to August 2021. Kailash has also held positions at United Technologies and Credit Suisse.

Krishnaswamy has a wealth of experience in areas such as M&A execution, digital transformation strategy, advanced manufacturing strategy, financial policy and strategy. Kailash has also been involved in competitive technology analysis, intellectual property analysis and strategy, due diligence reports of candidate M&A, and internal venture capital portfolio planning.

Krishnaswamy's experience and expertise have made him an invaluable asset to Spirit AeroSystems. Kailash has played a key role in the company's success and is poised to continue doing so in the years to come.

Kailash Krishnaswamy has an MBA with Honors from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business, a PhD from the University of Minnesota - Twin Cities in Nonlinear control theory applications in mechanical engineering, and a BTech from the Indian Institute of Technology, Delhi in Mechanical Engineering.
