Lalitha Sivanesan

Lalitha Sivanesan has a robust background in industrial engineering and continuous improvement, with a career spanning over two decades in various leadership roles across different companies. Currently serving as the Distinctive Capability Leader and Advanced Manufacturing Strategy Chief Architect at Spirit AeroSystems since September 2017, Lalitha has held multiple positions within the organization, including Principal Architect and Industrial Engineer IV. Previous experience includes a Continuous Improvement Consultant role at Downey Consulting LLC and a Program/Project Manager position at Electromech Technologies, as well as various project and continuous improvement management roles at AGCO Corporation, CNH, and Thermadyne.
