Leah Pollock

Leah Pollock is a seasoned professional in learning and development with extensive experience in operations training and supervision. Currently serving in a Global Learning and Development role at Spirit AeroSystems since May 2015, Leah previously held the position of Operations Trainer at Walgreens from September 2009 to May 2015, where responsibilities included supporting multiple high-performing stores and enhancing profitability. Prior to this, Leah was a District/Area Photo Supervisor at Walgreens from August 2005 to June 2009, overseeing 32 photo departments and managing a team of over 100 employees in Kansas. Leah is a graduate of Friends University.
