Rhonda Harkins

Rhonda Harkins is an experienced financial executive with a strong background in treasury management, corporate finance, and risk management. Currently serving as Treasurer at Spirit AeroSystems since December 2016, Rhonda has previously held key positions including Vice President at Bank of America in Private Wealth Management and Treasurer at Beechcraft, where significant achievements included orchestrating a $600 million financing agreement and managing over $300 million in investment operations. With additional tenure at INVISTA and Koch Industries, Rhonda has consistently demonstrated leadership in cash management, compliance, and liquidity optimization across multiple international markets. Rhonda holds an M.B.A. and B.B.A. from Wichita State University.
