Robert Hanson

Robert Hanson is an experienced leader in the aerospace and defense industry, currently serving as a Value Stream Leader at Textron Aviation since June 2023. Prior to this role, Robert held various managerial positions at Spirit AeroSystems, overseeing the production of large aircraft structures for the 737 Aircraft. Robert's extensive background in the United States Air Force includes leadership roles as Maintenance Flight Chief, Detachment Chief, and C-17 Aero Repair Section Chief, where responsibilities encompassed managing hundreds of personnel and significant assets. Education includes a Bachelor of Science in Aeronautical Science from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University and an Associate of Science in Aircraft Maintenance Technology from the Community College of the Air Force.
