Scott Mclarty

Scott Mclarty is the SVP, Airbus Programs at Spirit AeroSystems. Scott has previously worked as the Director of Business Planning & Support at BAE Systems from June 2005 to June 2006 and as the Business Improvement Director at BAE Systems from April 1999 to March 2005.

Scott Mclarty has a Fellowship in Manufacturing Management from Cranfield School of Management, an MCIPD in Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration, General from Reed Business School, and a degree from Kilmarnock Technical College.

Scott Mclarty reports to Tom Gentile, President & CEO. They work with Stacy Cozad - SVP, General Counsel, Chief Compliance Officer & Corporate Secretary, Vic Mcmullen - SVP, Global Manufacturing and Boeing Operations, and Sam Marnick - EVP, Chief Administration Officer & Strategy.
