Steven Wilson

Steven Wilson has a diverse work experience in engineering roles. Steven started their career as a Toolmaker at British Aerospace in 1994 and worked there until 2004. Steven then joined BAE Systems as a Tooling Engineer from 2004 to 2007. After that, they worked as a Manufacturing Engineer Mechanical at Spirit AeroSystems from 2006 to 2015, where they gained experience in reviewing engineering drawings, creating work instructions, and ensuring adherence to quality processes. Steven then moved on to FARO Technologies as a Technical Training & Support Engineer for a brief period in 2015. Later in 2015, they joined Safran as an NPI Tooling Engineer before joining Spirit AeroSystems again in 2016 as a Senior Design Integration Engineer, and eventually being promoted to the role of Principal Manufacturing Research & Development Engineer. Throughout their career, Steven has demonstrated a strong background in dimensional management, engineering change management, and tooling design.
