Joan McField-Mortimer

Joan McField-Mortimer has a robust background in guest relations and management within the airline industry, currently serving as Guest Care Vendor Manager and previously as Guest Relations Manager at Spirit Airlines since February 2019. Prior to these roles, Joan held the position of Guest Relations Supervisor at Spirit Airlines from January 2016 to February 2019. Earlier experience includes a tenure at AT&T from 1999 to 2011, where Joan excelled as a Sales/Service Associate and Team Lead.
