Tanya Bien-Aime

Tanya Bien-Aime is an experienced IT professional currently serving as the Lead Analyst for IT QA at Spirit Airlines, a position held since September 2021. Previously, Tanya worked at Apple from May 2019 to September 2021, gaining expertise as a Technical Specialist and later as a Quality Assurance Engineer on the Wireless Technologies and Ecosystem Team, where responsibilities included qualifying cellular features and troubleshooting iOS launches. Earlier experience includes a supervisory role at Starbucks and an internship focused on IT at the United States Federal District Court House in Rhode Island. Tanya holds a degree in Software Engineering from Johnson & Wales University, obtained in 2018, along with high school education from North Miami Beach Senior High School.
