Robert Cook is an experienced Technical Safety Engineering Authority specializing in capital projects and decommissioning, currently at Spirit Energy since July 2017. Previous roles include consulting for Genesis Oil and Gas Consultants, providing technical safety expertise at Canadian Natural Resources Limited, and serving as operations and projects authority at Apache North Sea.
