Andrew Brown

Andrew Brown has extensive experience in environmental project management, primarily at Spirit Environmental from June 2017 to present, where roles progressed from Project Specialist intern to Project Manager. Responsibilities include preparing and submitting NSR and PBR documentation, Annual Emissions Inventory reports, and air dispersion models for various chemical and petrochemical facilities in Texas. Andrew has led bimonthly modeling meetings to disseminate best practices and collaborated on proposals and permitting strategies. Previous internships at Anadarko Petroleum Corporation and Alamo Resources provided foundational knowledge in compliance and recordkeeping within the oil and gas sector. Andrew holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Chemical Engineering from the Cockrell School of Engineering, The University of Texas at Austin.
