Karen Hankins

Karen Hankins is an experienced System Analyst at Spirit Human Resources since April 2021, with a robust background in product management, software engineering, business analysis, and benefits analysis gained during a 20-year tenure at TriNet. At TriNet, Karen translated business requests into detailed user stories, managed prioritization for releases and sprints as a Product Manager, and served as an engineering team lead for data migration to the PeopleSoft platform as a Software Engineer. Additionally, as a Business Analyst, Karen utilized SQL Reporting Services and other tools to generate reports, while creating an Access database and automated tools as a Benefits Analyst to streamline processes and improve efficiency within the Benefits Department.
