Starting as a Publishing Intern at Big Deal Music Group, Kennedy has since worked as a Copyright Catalog Assistant at Hipgnosis Songs Group, an A&R/Creative Coordinator at Back Blocks Music, and currently holds the position of Creative Coordinator at Spirit Music Group.
