Paul Legrand

Paul Legrand is an experienced real estate program manager currently serving as the Responsable de programmes immobiliers d'entreprise at SPIRIT since September 2019. In this role, Paul oversees the management and follow-up of construction operations across multiple locations, including Noisy Le Sec, Villebon Sur Yvette, Saint Pierre Du Perray, and Moissy Cramayel. Paul has demonstrated expertise in operational assembly, ensuring compliance with regulations, managing project execution, and maintaining client relations. Previous roles include Chargé de programme at Marignan and Assistant d'éducation at Lycée Libergier and Collège Trois Fontaines.
