David Richard Dyson

Mr. Dyson has been the Chief Executive Officer and a Director of both Hutchison 3G UK Limited and Hutchison 3G UK Holdings Limited (“3 UK”, which are wholly owned subsidiaries of CK Hutchison Holdings Limited (“CKHH”)) since 2009 and 2011 respectively. CKHH is a listed company in Hong Kong.

Mr Dyson joined the CKHH Group in 1998 in the Finance team and moved to HI3G Access AB in 2001 as Deputy Chief Financial Officer. In 2002, he took on the role of Chief Financial Officer in Hutchison Telecommunications (Australia) Limited which is listed on the Australian Securities Exchange.

In 2006, Mr Dyson moved to 3 UK as Finance Director and in 2009, he took on the role of Chief Operating Officer before he was appointed as Chief Executive Officer in 2011.

Mr Dyson holds a Bachelor of Economic and Social Studies degree from Cardiff University and is a Chartered Accountant and current member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales (ICAEW).
