Martin Hayes

Martin Hayes has extensive experience in finance and leadership roles, starting as an Assistant Accountant at Precision Components in 1999. Martin later worked in various financial roles at Travelex before transitioning to TNT Express Finance, where they held positions in management accounting and transfer pricing. Eventually, they joined HEINEKEN as a Manager of Business Control and later served as an Integration Director. Martin then moved to Pivovarna Laško Union as a Finance Director before becoming the Chief Financial Officer at Central de Cervejas e Bebidas. Currently, they hold the position of Director of Finance at Greene King.

Martin Hayes completed their A.C.M.A qualification in 2005 from CIMA. Martin then pursued a Post Graduate Award in Management and Business Studies at the University of Warwick - Warwick Business School from 2008 to 2010. In 2013, they attended the HEINEKEN Executive Education Programme at INSEAD, focusing on Business Administration and Management, General. In 2022, Martin completed a Masterclass in Private Equity at the London Business School.
