Mikkel Christian Joensen

Mikkel Christian Joensen is an experienced entrepreneur and legal professional, currently serving as the Founder and CEO of Spiritium Cocktails since July 2015, where innovative cocktail packages are curated for members using local and organic ingredients. From August 2017 to December 2023, Mikkel held the position of Head of Section at the Danish Business Authority. Earlier roles include Junior Consultant and Business Development Intern at Keystones, as well as various legal assistant positions, including at Dansk Financia A/S and Advokatfirmaet Pernille Høxbro. Mikkel's educational background includes a Master of Laws (LLM) and Bachelor of Laws (LLB) from the University of Copenhagen, complemented by summer study at Harvard University and a diploma in Marketing & IT from Copenhagen Business College.
