Stephanie Lux

Stephanie is responsible for the overall oversight of the buildings and grounds for six life plan communities and the Heusner Office Center, plus new construction and remodeling projects. She assists in capital budgeting, preventive maintenance programs, and facilities purchasing. She is responsible to ensure that the life plan communities are compliant with all Life Safety regulations and have current and effective disaster plans. Stephanie is an active participant in the organization’s safety program. She works with the senior vice president/chief operating officer and the life plan community executive directors by assisting in the design and coordinating construction services.
