Christian Rathgeb

Christian Rathgeb (-Cavigelli) is an experienced legal professional and academic currently serving as a lecturer in constitutional law at the University of Zurich and as an attorney at Rathgeb Advokatur. Since May 2024, Christian has been a member of the board of the Patenschaft für Berggemeinden and has held various leadership roles including president of Spital Thusis and WETA digital solutions AG, as well as vice president at San Bernardino Swiss Alps and Schweizer Salinen AG. Moreover, Christian is actively involved in clinical research as a board member of SAKK Schweizerische Arbeitsgemeinschaft für Klinische Krebsforschung and participates in the governance of the Institute of Federalism. Christian obtained a Dr. iur. in jurisprudence from the University of Zurich, graduating in June 1996.
