Oliver Wruck

Oliver Wruck has extensive experience in the culinary field, currently serving as Leiter Küche at Spital Uster since September 2021. Prior to this role, Oliver held the position of Leitender Sous Chef / Einkauf F&B at Schweizerische Epilepsie-Stiftung from June 2017 to September 2021 and was the Leitender Küchenchef at Catering Services Migros Ostschweiz from November 2014 to June 2017, focusing on events and catering services. Oliver also worked as Leitender Küchenchef at Romantikhotel Sonne from January 2013 to October 2014 and at Feinkost Kaefer from October 2011 to December 2012, which included responsibilities for trade shows and catering at Congress-Center Basel. Earlier experience includes a role as Sous Chef at Suvretta House, St. Moritz, from December 2006 to April 2011, and as Sous Chef with Cunard on cruise ships from May 1999 to March 2002. Oliver Wruck holds a degree as dipl. Betriebswirtschafter NDS HF from BVS St. Gallen.
