Gregorio Uglioni

Gregorio Uglioni serves as the Head of Business Transformation and a member of the Senior Management at Kantonsspital Winterthur. Uglioni is the host of the CX Goalkeeper Podcast and the founder of CX Goalkeeper. Additionally, Uglioni is an Advisory Board Member at Spitch, a Board Member of the Customer Experience Professionals Association in Switzerland, and acts as a judge for Awards International. Uglioni holds a Master of Advanced Studies in Banking and Finance from the University of Zurich obtained between 2016 and 2018 and a Master of Advanced Studies in Business Informatics from the same institution, completed from 2002 to 2007.
