Tonya Gardner

As the executive assistant to Spitfire’s on-the-go president, Kristen Grimm, Tonya handles planning, scheduling, and coordinating for all of Kristen’s day-to-day activities. Tonya puts her creativity to work ensuring that Kristen can focus on delighting clients with her communication smarts. Tonya is a dynamic, resourceful, and energetic individual who is comfortable with being the go-to person for anything related to the overall success of the Spitfire team. No task is too small or too large; she enjoys a challenge.

Before joining Spitfire, Tonya supported a team of physic engineers and high-level branch heads at the Naval Research Laboratory in the Pulsed Power Physic Division for over 17 years.
