Nathan Bright

Nathan Bright is an experienced human resources professional currently serving as the General Manager of People & Culture at Spitwater since March 2023. With a longstanding commitment to workforce development, Nathan has been a Board Member at ATEL Employment Services since October 2010, actively supporting vocational education and training. Nathan's previous role as Executive Director of People & Culture at Albury Wodonga Health involved overseeing HR functions for a large organizational structure with a substantial budget and workforce. Notably, Nathan held various leadership positions at Norske Skog Industries Australia Limited, including Vice President of Human Resources, where responsibilities spanned HR strategy, organizational development, and crisis management during significant incidents. Nathan holds a Master of Science in Applied Psychology and a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from the University of Canterbury.
