Currently serving as the Vice President of Midstream Business Development, Engineering, and Estimating at Spitzer Industries, Inc., Neal excels in developing client contracts and expanding relationships. With a Master's degree in Industrial Distribution from Texas A&M University and a Bachelor's degree in Mining and Mineral Engineering from Montana Technological University, Neal is well-equipped to handle all aspects of project management and engineering.
