Danie Swanepoel

Danie Swanepoel serves as the VP of People & Culture at Splash Car Wash & Oil Change since August 2020, where responsibilities include overseeing talent acquisition, management, and operational HR functions, as well as the Emerging Leader Program. Previously, Danie held the position of Area Director at Search Ministries from January 2019 to August 2020 and was the Director of People & Culture at Splash Car Wash & Oil Change from August 2015 to December 2018. Danie's earlier experience includes a role as a Consultant in the Risk Management Department at DD&F Consulting Group, conducting audits and evaluations for banks. Danie's educational background includes a Bachelor of Science in Corporate Finance from Arkansas State University, an MBA from John Brown University, and a Master of Biblical & Theological Studies from Dallas Theological Seminary.
