Prior to this, Joe worked at dotmailer as a Junior System Administrator and IT Technician, where Joe focused on platform security and efficiency. Joe also has experience in technical support and IT solutions from their time at dotDigital Group plc, Splash Damage, and Paul Owen Associates. Joe completed their education at the University of West London and John Ruskin.
