Joseph Kumarswamy

Joseph Kumarswamy has had extensive work experience in various leadership and management roles. Joseph began their career at Tata Consultancy Services as an Assistant Consultant, where they successfully led multiple client-facing projects and was responsible for the development and maintenance of customer systems. Joseph then moved on to Com2us Corporation as the Country Head (India), where they established and managed the software engineering operations in Bangalore and supervised game development programs. Joseph later joined Nokia India Private Limited as the Head of Server Development, where they excelled in technical program management and served as a line manager for the engineering team. Following this, Joseph bootstrapped startups at Synchro Systech Pvt Ltd and Purple Shift Solutions LLP, where they played a crucial role in product architecture, engineering, and operations. Most recently, Joseph has been working at SplashData as the Senior Vice President, responsible for the engineering management of SplashID, a password management product for consumers. In this role, they oversee technical product management, strategic planning, project management, and engineering operations across various platforms.

Joseph Kumarswamy completed their Bachelor of Engineering (BE) degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering at Birla Institute of Technology and Science, Pilani from 1989 to 1993. Joseph then pursued a Master of Technology (MTech) degree in Control, Guidance and Instrumentation at Indian Institute of Technology, Madras from 1994 to 1995. Later, in 2005 to 2006, they attended the Indian Institute of Management Bangalore for an Executive General Management Program, where they focused on Business Administration and Management.
