Nikhil Omar is a seasoned technical leader with extensive experience in software development, particularly in mobile applications and backend services. Currently serving as a Technical Lead at SplashLearn since August 2019, Nikhil is responsible for leading a Java Backend team in the creation of an affordable online learning ecosystem for children. Prior to this, Nikhil held the position of Technical Architect at Agile Cockpit from September 2017 to August 2019, where responsibilities included leading mobile app development, serving as Scrum Master, and overseeing solution design. Nikhil's career began at Nagarro, where from September 2011 to August 2017, roles progressed from Software Engineer to Associate Technical Lead, focusing on Android app development and design. Nikhil holds a Master's degree in Computer Applications from Banaras Hindu University and a Bachelor’s degree in Science from Brahmanand P.G. College.
