Fredrika Fry

Fredrika Fry has a diverse work experience with a focus on talent management, commercial partnerships, and project coordination. Fredrika started their career at Meter Film & Television as an Inredningskoordinator, where they coordinated tasks related to sponsorships and interior design for the TV program "Äntligen hemma." Fredrika then progressed to the role of Sponsoransvarig Äntligen Hemma, where they initiated and managed collaborations with sponsors, ensuring the delivery of commitments. Later, they joined Splay One as a Talent Manager, responsible for managing successful influencers and setting strategies for their business and career goals. Fredrika played a significant role in establishing and developing the management department at Splay. Fredrika then transitioned to the role of Senior Talent Manager, where they continued to work closely with influencers, focusing on brand building and implementing operational and strategic plans. Eventually, they became the Commercial Agent, expanding their responsibilities to include long-term partnerships with commercial partners and brand development for both Splay and influencers. In their most recent role as Head Of Talent / Talangchef at Splay One, Fredrika took charge of talent strategy and ongoing business development for the Multi-Channel Network (MCN).
