Nicole Centeno is the founder and Co-CEO at Splendid Spoon. Nicole has over ten years of experience in the food and beverage industry, with a focus on sales and marketing. Nicole has a passion for healthy eating and living, and they are excited to be able to share their knowledge with others through Splendid Spoon.
Nicole began their career in the food industry as a National Sales Manager at The New Yorker. Nicole then worked as a Digital Studio Client Services Manager at Conde Nast, before taking on the role of Digital Sales and Marketing Manager at Bonnier Corporation. In this role, Nicole was responsible for developing and executing digital sales and marketing strategies for a number of websites, including Saveur.com, PopSci.com, and FieldandStream.com.
Most recently, Nicole worked as an Associate Marketing Manager at Wired Magazine. During their time at Wired, Nicole was responsible for managing all aspects of marketing for the magazine, from developing campaigns to working with advertisers.
Nicole is excited to be able to use their experience in the food industry to help grow Splendid Spoon into a leading provider of healthy meals.
Nicole Centeno graduated from the French Culinary Institute with a Classic Culinary degree. Nicole then went on to earn their Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Biology from Boston College.
