Dairus Cosby

Dairus Cosby currently serves as the Executive Director of School Leadership at Splendora ISD, where responsibilities include supporting and coaching campus principals to enhance leadership capacity and ensure accountability. Prior to this role, Dairus was the Principal of Humble High School, leading campus turnaround efforts that improved the school's accountability rating and significantly reduced teacher turnover.
