Evgeniy Shponko

Evgeniy Shponko has extensive work experience in various industries and roles. In their most recent position as Vice President Operations at Splento, they successfully managed a team of employees and freelancers, implemented strategies, and launched new service lines. Despite the challenges posed by the COVID-19 pandemic, they increased monthly recurring revenue and reduced company costs. Prior to that, as CEO, Founder & Owner of Sevencorners, they achieved impressive results such as quadrupling the company's revenue and ensuring high service availability and customer satisfaction. Evgeniy also worked as a Product Manager and Strategy Consultant for tech vendors in the automotive retail industry, represented a start-up at TechCrunch Disrupt, and launched an innovative product. In addition, they held roles at CDK Global, T-Systems Russia, incadea, and Intellect Service where they demonstrated their expertise in operations, business development, service delivery, and project management.

Evgeniy Shponko obtained a Bachelor's degree in Business Informatics from the Higher School of Economics, graduating in 2009. In addition to their formal education, they have also earned additional certifications such as a Professional Diploma in UX Design from the UX Design Institute, which they obtained in April 2022. Furthermore, they obtained a certification in Managing Microsoft Dynamics Implementation projects from the MS licensed training Center "Specialist" in June 2011.
