Erik Hendricks

Erik oversees the day to day operations of Splice’s technology suite of services including Desktop Support, Infrastructure Monitoring and Management and System Administration and IT Project Design. Erik’s areas of expertise include: Complex Network Administration, Systems administration, Help Desk Service management, Infrastructure Management and Virtualization platform deployment/ configuration. Previously, Erik held critical IT Management roles at the California Institute for Mental Health, American River College and Pinewood IT Solutions. Erik thrives on serving and supporting Splice’s clients and providing the example to his team of Splice’s sense of urgency and care for the customers. Erik holds a Bachelor’s degree in Management Information Systems, from California State University at Sacramento and certifications in Networking, Windows, AS, and Linux.
