Michel Spina

Michel Spina currently serves as Regional Vice President and General Manager for both OEM Europe and ARG Europe at AGC Automotive Europe, with a focus on the automotive replacement glass market and transportation and industrial vehicle glass, overseeing approximately 2000 employees and generating over 250 million euros in turnover. Since October 2019, Michel Spina has held the position of Administrateur at SPLIFAR, and has been a member of the supervisory boards for NordGlass and Autoglass Polska since October 2015, as well as serving as President of the supervisory board for Carglass® Česká republika since January 2015. Michel Spina was previously a board member at AGC AUTOMOTIVE BELGIUM and held various roles in quality and program management at AGC Automotive Europe from September 2002 to September 2011. Prior experience includes consultancy work at Altran Europe and management roles at BUSAK-SHAMBAN SA. Michel Spina holds degrees in Civil Engineering and Industrial Management and has completed executive education programs at INSEAD, Vlerick Business School, and IMD.
