Guillaume ELIAS

Guillaume Elias has a diverse and extensive work experience. Guillaume started their career in 2007 as a Project Manager/Analyst Developer at Groupe MOLITOR, where they stayed until 2010. In 2010, they joined IGA Groupe as a Project Manager/Analyst Developer and successfully led project management and development in EDI and Workflow packages. Guillaume then joined ING Direct France in 2013 as a Business Analyst/Product Owner and played a crucial role in supporting the change management from a Waterfall to Agile project organization. Guillaume delivered high valuable projects for internal collaborators and customers while managing multiple project streams in different contexts. Guillaume gained strong project management experience during their time as a Business Analyst/Product Owner at ALB, a management consulting and professional service company. At Allianz France, they served as a Product Owner, and then at Commonwealth Bank, they worked as a Delivery Manager/Scrum Master. In 2019, Guillaume held the position of Product Owner at both JCDecaux, where they contributed to the implementation of a "MaaS" project, and Splio. Throughout their career, Guillaume acquired technical expertise in various environments such as Mainframe, Java, Oracle, and VB, and demonstrated adaptability in taking on different roles, including Business Analyst, Scrum Master, and Product Owner.

Guillaume ELIAS obtained a Master's Degree in IT Engineering and Management from ITESCIA (ex. ITIN) between the years 2007 and 2010.
