Hichem Abdelhak has a diverse work experience spanning several roles and industries. Hichem started their career as a Research Assistant at the Université Laval in 2006. Hichem then moved to Tunisiana, where they worked as an Expert in Marketing Research, Product Manager, and finally as a Loyalty and Retention Manager. During their time at Tunisiana, Hichem successfully developed and implemented a retention and loyalty strategy, exceeding objectives despite a high churn rate, and also managed the marketing plan for the loyalty program "Merci".

In 2012, Hichem joined Splio as the Director of the Tunisia subsidiary. Hichem demonstrated strong leadership and team management skills by growing the team from 4 to 22 people in 8 years. Hichem also implemented a strategy focused on fundamental values, creating a positive dynamic and strengthening team cohesion. Additionally, Hichem ensured the financial and legal stability of the company through rigorous governance of support functions.

Later on, Hichem took on the role of Telecom Business Unit Director at Splio and achieved significant successes. Hichem successfully increased the revenue of the business unit by 10 times in just 7 years by adopting a clear strategy, agile management, standardized processes, and a customer-oriented approach. Hichem also acquired new major telecom operator clients by understanding their needs and providing them with sustainable solutions.

Hichem Abdelhak began their education journey in 1996 at Lycée Pères Blancs, where they pursued their Baccalauréat. Hichem completed this program in the year 2000. Following their graduation, Hichem enrolled in Institut Supérieur de Gestion de Tunis, where they pursued a degree in Marketing called Maitrise. Hichem completed this program in 2004. Later, in the years 2004 to 2006, Hichem attended Université Laval, where they pursued their MBA with a focus on Marketing.
