Rogelio Cárdenas Arriola has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Rogelio started their career at Telefonica Mexico, where they worked as a Sales Trainee, proposing improvements to increase the success rate of sales and delivery processes. Rogelio then moved on to become a Presales Engineer, responsible for solution design and presenting sales proposals to Telefonica Global Solutions. Rogelio achieved significant improvements in RFP response time by redesigning the process.
Afterward, Rogelio worked as a Project Manager - Corporate Customers at Telefonica Mexico, where they planned and coordinated the delivery of complex Telecom and IT projects for corporate clients. Rogelio achieved a high fulfillment rate in project delivery, particularly for customers in the banking, oil, and retail sectors.
Next, Rogelio joined ClowderTank as the Head of Acquisition, where they developed the acquisition strategy for the company's customers, ranging from small tech startups to multinational conglomerates. Rogelio was also part of the consultancy team for the first consultant in digital transformation in Latin America.
Later on, Rogelio worked at CuentasOK as part of the Business Operations team. Rogelio led the commercial launch and acquisition strategy for the B2B SaaS Fintech company, focusing on both end customers and business partners. Rogelio established processes and metrics for customer success, marketing, and sales teams, and deployed the technological stack.
Currently, Rogelio is working at Splio as the Revenue Operations Manager. In this role, they oversee the operations of all revenue-generating teams, including sales, customer success, and delivery. Rogelio has designed and implemented automated cross-functional processes to enhance efficiency and communication between teams, as well as to prepare for scalability. Rogelio is also responsible for conducting periodic business data analysis and forecasting ARR (Annual Recurring Revenue).

Rogelio Cárdenas Arriola began their education in 2008 at UAM Universidad Autónoma Metropolitana, where they obtained a Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) degree in 2012. In 2013, they obtained the Österreichisches Sprachdiplom Deutsch A2 Grundstufe Deutsch 2 from ÖSD. Continuing their education, Rogelio completed a Digital Marketing certification from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign in February 2016. In December 2017, they obtained a TOEFL iBT score of 111 from the Educational Testing Service (ETS). In May 2018, Rogelio completed the User Interface Design Specialization at the University of Minnesota. Lastly, from 2018 to 2020, they pursued an MSc in Digital Management from Montpellier Business School.
