Raghu Rao

Raghu Rao is the Co-Founder & CEO at SplitByte Inc. Raghu has over 25 years of experience in the biotechnology and pharmaceutical industry. Prior to SplitByte Inc, Raghu Rao was the CEO of Sonnet BioTherapeutics, Inc. Raghu has also held senior positions at WizNucleus, Bridge Point Capital, Simanor, CellixBio.com, Hindu Jewish Coalition, Harvesting Enterprises Corp & eSeva Inc, Infinity Foundation, and TiE NJ-Philadelphia.

Raghu Rao attended the Ramakrishna Mission Boys' School in Chennai for their S.S.L.C. Raghu then completed their Pre-University at Vivekananda College in Chennai, where they studied Mathematics, Physics, and Chemistry. Rao went on to attend the Indian Institute of Technology in Madras, where they received their B. Tech in Electrical Engineering. Raghu then moved to the United States to attend Virginia Tech, where they earned their M.S. in Computer Science. Rao also completed MBA coursework in Information Systems at The George Washington University.
