David Zvaifler

David Zvaifler is the Co-Founder and COO of Splitero, a company that provides better options to access home equity without new debt or monthly payments. Prior to this role, David founded Pacific Pines Real Estate, specializing in sales, asset management, and advisory services for residential investment and infill development. David also served as the COO of Apollo Realty Investments and Vice President of Acquisitions and Investments at Upward Trend LLC. David holds an MBA in Real Estate from the University of Southern California and has been recognized as a 40 Under 40 Award Winner by the San Diego Association of Realtors.
