Andrew Borggaard

Andrew Borggaard is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in executive management, law, and strategic advisory roles. Presently, Andrew serves as a Board Member, Investor, and Strategic Advisor for SplitFit and Greystone Property Tax Advisors, following a notable tenure as Executive Managing Director and COO at Eze Software Group, where expertise in mergers and acquisitions was prominently displayed. Earlier roles included Deputy General Counsel at Genuity and Associate at Ropes & Gray LLP, focusing on securities transactions and mergers in the technology sector. Andrew began a career in management as a certified public accountant at Coopers & Lybrand and is the founder of BearBrook Group, LLC, specializing in early-stage investment and advisory services. Academically, Andrew holds a Juris Doctor, magna cum laude, from Boston College Law School and a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, summa cum laude, from Northeastern University.
