Katarzyna Długosz

Katarzyna Długosz has been working in the Human Resources field since 2014. From 2014 to 2018, they were a Customer Services Specialist at CCIG. In 2018, they took on the role of Human Resources Specialist at GE, and then in the same year they became an HR Associate Partner at Amazon, where they were responsible for providing associates with support on HR related topics, ensuring an engaging workplace environment and executing employee administration. In 2022, they began working as an Administrator HR at SplitMetrics, where they are responsible for staying up to date on Polish HR regulations and requirements, identifying and contacting local providers around the globe for consulting services on global employment issues, and managing newcomers' employment, including those who relocated from other countries.

Katarzyna Długosz graduated with a Magister (Mgr) degree in International Management from Wyższa Szkoła Bankowa we Wrocławiu in 2019. Prior to that, they obtained a Licencjat (Lic.) degree in Public Relations/Zarządzanie wizerunkiem from Uniwersytet SWPS in 2017. In 2020, they began a Podyplomowe degree in Kadry i płace at Wyższa Szkoła Bankowa we Wrocławiu. Additionally, they have obtained two certifications from Wyższa Szkoła Bankowa we Wrocławiu in 2021: Change Management - 5 assumptions that make it easier to deal with the crisis and Talent Management as the effectiveness of achieving the company's goals.
